It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our site. As you will read, my responsibilities as a Canadian Senator command interventions on several issues that may concern you directly.

Since 1997, I have been representing the district of Kennebec in the Senate of Canada, which covers in part the great region of the Bois-Francs in the heart of the province of Quebec.

So that you may better understand the values that have inspired my commitments, I have thought useful to give you access to a selection of public interventions I have made over the years, in the House of Commons, and the Senate of Canada.
