  • Restoration of the residence of Antoine Lacombe, 1848 (Joliette) and St. Paul's Church, 1804 (Joliette) and  have them classified as historical monuments (1969 and 1972). Succeeded in having recognized the architectural value of the Bagg house, (1820-) and complex (acquired in 1979) on King Street, Old Montreal, thus saving the buildings from demolition.

Antoine-Lancombe's home, (1848) recognized as a historic site by the Government of Québec in 1969, acquired and restored by the Hon. Serge Joyal P.C., O.C. in 1965

The Baggs residence at the corner of King and William St., in the ancient suburb of Récollets in Montreal, acquired in 1979, which was acquired and classified for its architecural heritage, at the request of the Honourable Serge Joyal.

Delivered many conferences to several groups like the Friends of the National Gallery of Canada, the Historical Society of Sherbrooke, the Friends of the Museum of Quebec, the Historical Society of Joliette, the Society on the History of Church in Canada, etc.
  • Recognised for his expertise in art evaluation by the Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal, the Archdioceses of Montreal, the Museum of Civilization of Quebec, the Canadian Import/Export Examination Committee of Cultural Goods of Canada.
