HMCS CHARLOTTETOWN
Speaker Kinsella, while leading a parliamentary delegation to Oman, visits HMCS Charlottetown on patrol in the Persian Gulf. While aboard, the delegation had the opportunity to meet with the Commanding Officer, Commander Patrick St.-Denis, who briefed them as to the current mission in the region. The delegation developed a better understanding of the work of the Canadian Navy generally speaking, and, in the region in particular.
